At 7:30 a.m. on Friday 11 July 2008, a tentative 3-year agreement was reached between Brock University and the Brock University Faculty Association.
A general membership meeting will be held in the Sankey Chamber at 10:30 on Thursday, 17 July, at which the Chief Negotiator, Carol Sales, will present highlights of the tentative agreement. These highlights will also be made available to members electronically.
After a full text of the agreement has been prepared and made available for members to review, the ratification process can begin. As per BUFA's bylaws, arrangements will be made for members who are not on campus to participate in this vote. The ratification process will be outlined at the general meeting, and the information will also be sent to members by e-mail.
